Card Inspiration

I love Halloween. It’s so much fun to have an excuse to go over the top. I also LOVE black cards, which are perfect for Halloween. This card gave me a chance to play with our textured paste. It is perfect for making spider webs!

This card with black and orange was a fun traditional Hallloween Card. I used the papers from the October Special, Got Candy. These papers are so much fun and will work for birthdays and other occasions beyond Halloween.

The web was super fun. I used black paper, then taped a web stencil to it with Washi tape. Don’t forget to tape these to a mat to protect your work surface. I used a web from our Artfully Sent Cartridge and cut it onto Stencil Sheet. Then came the fun part. I pulled out our white texture paste and spread it over the stencil. It was fun and messy! The final result was a textured spider web.

The sentiment is actually cut from an old cricut cartridge, but any Halloween sentiment would work!
