Card Club FAQ
What will I need to complete the cards or projects each month?
You will need the featured stamp set or bundle (or substitute for something you already have), along with inks and/or markers and basic supplies like adhesives, scissors, a trimmer, etc. All of the supplies are listed in the PDF tutorial each month.
What if I don’t have the stamp set you are using?
You can substitute for something similar that you already have or you can order the featured set. If you have other items you’d like to order you can place an online order with me. Or, if you’d like me to order it for you and ship it with your club at the end of the month, be looking for an email around the first of each month were I share the featured product with a link to add it on if you’d like.
PayPal says my automatic subscription did not go through or has been paused, or I need to get a new credit card for various reasons. What do I do so I can continue to get the card club?
When this happens something not right with a current payment method you have setup in PayPal. Please login to PayPal and review and update any payment methods, and make sure the correct one is selected to be used for your Card Club Subscription. More details here.
How do I cancel the card club?
At any time, you can login to your PayPal account and cancel your monthly Card Club automatic subscription. Follow this guide to cancel your automatic subscription.
I cancelled after my card was charged. Can I get a refund?
I’m sorry, there are no refunds. If your payment went through on or before the 10th of the month, you will still get that month’s card club but that will be your last one.
