Melon, Wisteria, and Mist Christmas Card

This card was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches. I also used the three colors from this week’s Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge. I adore challenges – they’re a great way to get creative! Hope you can join me in either of these fun challenges!

Card Details

I had a great time creating this card. I had a plan as soon as I saw the colors in the color dare. The base is a top-folded sheet of Melon Cardstock. I used our rectangle die cuts, to cut a wisteria background, which is embossed with Cascading dots to look a bit like snow. The snowflake is stamped and cut from the seas and Greetings special on mist cardstock. I decided it needed to stand out more, so I added a circle of silver glitter paper. The greeting is also from Seas and Greetings and outlined with silver glitter paper.

I hope you like the card and feel inspired to create.

Happy Stamping,
